What we offer, how each service works, and when you might need it.

Carpet Cleaning

We use truck-mounted hot water extraction — commonly called steam cleaning, though no steam is actually involved. Hot water is injected deep into the carpet pile and immediately extracted along with loosened dirt, bacteria, and allergens.

This is the method most recommended by carpet manufacturers for regular maintenance, and for good reason. It removes significantly more buildup than surface cleaning methods and leaves less residue behind.

When it's the right choice:

  • Annual or semi-annual maintenance for household carpets
  • Before or after moving into a home
  • Noticeable dulling of appearance or light odors
  • Allergies or indoor air quality concerns
What to expect: Carpets are left slightly damp and typically dry within 4–8 hours with ventilation. We place foam blocks or plastic tabs under furniture legs to prevent rust or staining while drying.

Upholstery cleaning

Upholstery Cleaning

Furniture fabric accumulates oils from skin, dust, pet dander, and general household air in ways that aren't always obvious — until you notice the discoloration or smell. Upholstery cleaning addresses this without damaging the fabric.

Before applying anything, we identify the fabric type. Different materials — cotton, polyester, microfiber, velvet, linen — respond differently to moisture and cleaning agents. Using the wrong method can cause shrinkage, color changes, or ring marks, so identifying the right approach first is not optional.

What we commonly clean:

Sofas & sectionals

Including fabric and microfiber

Armchairs

Including recliners and accent chairs

Headboards

Fabric and padded upholstered

Dining chairs

Fabric and cushioned seats

Stain Treatment

Stain treatment is a targeted application of the right product to a specific area. What makes it effective — or ineffective — is choosing the correct chemistry for the type of stain and acting with care to avoid spreading or setting it further.

We're realistic about results. Some stains — particularly those that have been treated incorrectly in the past, or that have been sitting for a very long time — may have permanently affected the carpet fibers. We'll tell you honestly what we think is achievable before starting.

Stain types we commonly address:

Coffee & tea
Red wine
Pet accidents
Mud & dirt
Grease & food
Ink

Deep carpet cleaning

Deep Cleaning

Standard cleaning works well for carpets that have been maintained. Deep cleaning is for situations where there's been significant neglect — heavy soiling, years of buildup, or persistent odors that don't clear with regular cleaning.

The process involves longer dwell time for pre-treatment chemicals, more agitation to loosen embedded debris, and often multiple extraction passes. It takes longer than standard cleaning and typically costs more, but the difference in heavily soiled carpets is significant.

Is deep cleaning right for you? If your carpet hasn't been professionally cleaned in over two years, has visible heavy staining across large areas, or has a noticeable musty or pet odor throughout, deep cleaning is likely the appropriate starting point.

Deep cleaning is typically needed when:

  • Carpet hasn't been cleaned professionally in 2+ years
  • Heavy pet hair or dander has accumulated in fibers
  • There are widespread odors or heavily matted areas
  • Moving into a property with unknown cleaning history
